We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties, and you may at any time request access to the information we have on your company or request the removal and deletion of said information.

We use third-party cookies from other companies occasionally. We use this data to analyze statistics and make our websites more user-friendly.

Live chat and email submission.

All use of chat features and email submissions may be registered and processed to respond to your inquiry. The submitted messages and information may be stored for a longer period of time if necessary. The legal basis for us processing personal information obtained through chat features and email submissions is our interest in answering inquiries and documenting conversations so we may improve our services.

Marketing and newsletters.

If you contact us via a contact form or use other methods where you provide information such as email addresses, names, phone numbers, and similar, we may use the information provided to send newsletters or otherwise drive marketing. All filled-out sections of a contact form may be stored and processed, and will be treated as personal information if so.

The basis for us sending newsletters and otherwise driving marketing are existing customer relationships or the consensual submission of personal information, and that you have not reserved yourself against this.

Information Management

Kickass Web Design utilizes third-party groups for the collection, storage, handling, and other means of processing information. These groups process data on our behalf in accordance with their own policies and our instructions, and also in accordance with Norwegian and European privacy laws.
